Two profoundly deaf sisters face have been told to expect “very significant sentences” for sexually abusing a boy for 14 years – starting when he was just six.
Julie Fellows, 30, and her sister Jennifer, 32, repeatedly molested the youngster. Worcester Crown Court heard Julie was 14 when she lured the six-year-old into petrol station toilets and touched her private parts.
Following a trial Julie was found guilty of indecently assaulting a boy aged between six and nine and sexual activity with a boy aged between 14 and 16. Jennifer had admitted indecently assaulting a boy aged between six and nine and inciting sexual activity with a boy aged between 14 and 16.
Speaking via sign language interpreters, Judge Robert Juckes told the sisters from Kington, Herefordshire: “This is not a straightforward case.
“You should expect very significant prison sentences.”
Prosecutor Simon Phillips told the court: “The allegations date back many years and the more serious of them when Jennifer was 16 and the victim was six. “The victim was six and Jennifer was 16 and Julie was 14.
“On occasions, in face most weeks, the girls would walk him home from school and pass a garage which has some toilets next to the garage. “Julie took him into the toilets and masturbated herself in his presence.
